Dave Spetrino

Dave Spetrino founded Plantation Building Corp in 1997 and spent twenty-five years building it to more than a thousand homes before selling the company in 2023. A past president of the Wilmington–Cape Fear Home Builders Association, his work has earned Guildmaster and Best of Houzz recognition. He and Angela founded SMI together and share the work across it — development, consulting, entitlements, asset management, and operations.

Angela Roseman

Angela Roseman spent years at Plantation Building Corp before founding SMI with Dave. She and Dave share the work across the firm, and there's little — from development and entitlements to asset management and day-to-day operations — that doesn't pass through her.
